More ranks. redstone engineer, emerald finder. Ranks based on upload type.
Engineers for better maps. Miners for better mods. Carpenters for better skins. Explorers for seeds. etc. Use more of the block types in the MC game. sand, sponge, ores, glowstone, quartz, etc.

It's futile. The Creeper Destroyer is a moderator, and the EnderDragon killer (i think) is the founder, enderman slasher is the (I THINK) admin, so... What would be higher than that...?
